By great sound the "waterspout" will tremble,
harmony broken lifting its head to sky,
Bouche blood-covered will float in the blood,
on ground the face anointed with milk and honey
큰 소리가 나며 물기둥이 진동할 것이며, 하늘까지 그 머리를 들고 (상호견제와 균형의)조화를 깨뜨릴 것이며, 피로 덮힌 부시는 피속에서 헤맬 것이며, 젖과 꿀로 기름부은(기독교 종교의식에서 세례받았던) 그 얼굴도 그러할 것이다.
The word "Bouche" (pronounced like "Boosh") means "mouth" but it also sounds like the name of Bush. The last line seems to indicate that Nostradamus is speaking about the the fate of a particular individual - a person whose face has been anointed with milk and honey, typically indicating a man who is a king or highly placed official who is lying dead on the ground.
그 단어 Bouche (부시처럼 발음이 되는)는 입을 뜻하지만 또한 부시라는 이름처럼 소리가 들린다.
마지막 행의 글자는 노스트라다무스가 특별한 개인 - 그의 얼굴이 젖과 꿀로 기름부어 세례를 받은 사람으로서, 대표적으로 지면에 죽어 눕게 되는 왕이나 고위 직위에 있는 남자를 가르키지만 - 의 운명에 대해서 말하고 있다는 것을 나타내는 것처럼 생각된다.
While "trombe" literally means waterspout, I suspect it will be something akin to the explosion of a bomb or nuclear weapon where the smoke spreads like a waterspout. The word "grand discord" also means great sound and fits well in this context, which may indicate a bomb explosion. And it will obviously tremble and its consequence will disturb harmony in the world, as the second line seems to specify. "Lifting its head to sky" goes with the "waterspout" and could indicate the rising smoke and fireball.
트롬이 글자그대로 물오름을 의미하는 반면에, 연기가 물오름처럼 퍼지는 폭탄이나 핵무기의 폭발과 유사한 뭔가가 아닌가 생각하고 있다. 그 단어 웅대한 불일치(부조화)는 또한 큰 소리를 의미하며, 이 문맥속에 잘 적용되는데, 이것은 폭탄의 폭발을 가르킬 수 있다. 그것은 분명히 진동하는 것이며 그것의 결과는 두번째 행의 문구가 적시하는 것처럼 생각되는 것과 같이 세계에서 그 조화를 혼란시킬 것이다. 하늘까지 머리를 올리는 것은 물오름과 같이하고 일어나는 연기와 불덩어리를 나타낼 수 있다.
What is almost certain is that Nostradamus speaks of a highly placed person lying dead on the ground in a pool of blood. The hint is that he is dead due to a bomb explosion. But could the word "Bouche" actually mean a similar sounding name "Bush" instead of its actual meaning? The line can be interpreted as "Mouth blood-covered will float in the blood" or "Bush blood-covered will float in the blood". Does this quatrain describe a general event or an event with a specific name? Is Nostradamus using a dual-meaning word to describe the specific name as well as the event?
거의 확실한 것은 노스트라다무스가 피의 웅덩이속에 죽어넘어져 지면에 누워있는 고위직의 어떤 사람에 대해서 말한 것이다. 그 힌트라는 것은 그가 폭탄의 폭발로 인하여 죽는다는 것이다. 그러나, Bouche라는 단어가 현실적으로 실제 의미 대신에 비슷한 소리로 들리는 "Bush를 의미할 수 있는가. 그 문구는 피로 덮힌 입이 피 속에 헤맬 것이거나 또는 피속에 덮힌 부시가 피속에 헤맬 것이라는 것처럼 해석될 것이다. 이 4행시는 일반적인 사건이나 특정 이름이 딸린 어떤 사건을 묘사한 것인가. 노스트라다무스는 이중적인 의미의 단어를 사용해서 그 사건뿐만아니라 특정의 이름도 묘사한 것인가.
Its not unusual for Nostradamus to use double-meaning words so that the quatrain becomes hard to interpret until the event happens and actual names are hidden in the guise of similar sounding words. For example everyone interpreted "Boristhenes premier" in III.95 as the river Dnieper until Boris Yeltsin became the President of Russia. The rest of that quatrain seemed to indicate the fall of communism and rise of capitalism in Russia quite clearly. Similarly, in this case too we cannot discount the possibility that Nostradamus actually hints at the assassination of President Bush, and this quatrain might indicate a great danger to the life of the President in the near future.
노스트라다무스는 4행시가 그 사건이 일어날 때까지 해석하기 어렵게 되고 실제의 이름이 비슷한 소리가 나는 이름으로 덧칠하여 숨겨지게하기 위해서 이중적인 의미의 단어를 사용하는 것은 이례적인 일이 아니다. 이를테면, 모두가 "Boristhenes 수상을 보리스 엘친이 러시아의 대통령이 될 때까지 드니퍼라는 강으로 III.95에 해석했다. 그 4행시의 나머지는 공산주의의 붕괴와 러시아에서 자본주의의 등장을 나타내는 것처럼 생각됐다. 비슷하게, 또한 이 경우에도 우리는 노스트라다무스가 실제로 부시 대통령의 암살을 암시할 가능성을 무시할 수 없으며, 이 4행시는 가까운 장래에 그 대통령(부시)의 생명에 대한 큰 위험을 나타낼 수 있다.

모든 일이 그렇듯이 예언이나 비결은 그 일이 지내봐야 확실히 알게 되니, 지금으로서는 아직 일어난 일이 아니므로 일단 유보하는 것이 당연한 것임. 즉, 절대적으로 꼭 이대로 된다고 할 수 없다는 것입니다.
